I just wanted to thank you all for a very professional and pleasant experience in your office, to do a procedure to save my tooth. Too often the only time people in today’s world write or communicate with others is to complain or gripe about poor service. I promised myself a long time ago to write only positive letters to reinforce quality service and to let others know when I was treated especially well. That was certainly the case with your office and staff.  I was nervous about the procedure, but you spent a lot of quality time with me explaining and assuring me of your abilities to perform the procedure. You treated me like an intelligent adult and I appreciated that very much. You are a fine “team” leader and have a very responsive “team”.  Thanks very much for all you did for me.
